As the fire date nears, "Area-jacking" of work areas has become an increasing problem. Two workers shown here are caught in the act of displacing the workers originally in the area who barely escaped with their lives. The worker on the right appears to be the ring leader, however, there is reason to believe that there are others at higher levels coordinating the thefts. If you are approached by these workers it is advisable to cooperate with their demands and vacate the area even though most of the attacks have not been violent.
