The heater panel shown here, regulates electricity that heats the oil in the overflow tanks. Without the heaters, and with no oil flowing out to the solar fields, the oil would solidify in the low ambient temperatures. Because there is no feedback to the panel at this point in the job, the heat must be regulated by hand. Ryan is shown here adjusting the controler.

Bad Grounding
I found this ground on one of the generators I think belongs to the fitters. The ground is poked through a hole not intended for a wire, and held in place by nails and tie wire. The best part is that the other end of the copper wire is Cadwelded to a piece of rebar that is laying in the dirt. Best to leave the electrical stuff to those whose business it is to do electrical stuff.
